I recently read about the divorce between Karl Rove and his wife Darby Rove. Karl Rove, the main crusader against gay marriage in George Bush’s administration, divorced his second wife after reaching an amicable mutual settlement. The article also points out that the couples have decided to continue a “close relationship and strong friendship.” Couples who want to divorce in Canada also can part their ways in a friendly manner if they are able to reach an amicable divorce agreement.
